The Hamptons Little Free Library in Aliso Viejo Ca.
Our library is at the end of our neighborhood next to a tot-lot.
It was constructed by one of our community members and then painted by me.
This is design #2. The first paint design was more of a trial weather wise.
Since then we made some improvements and I took my time painting it.
The theme was inspired by my love of Dr. Seuss and Bohemian Folk Art.
On the outside I added vibrant colors, bling, original designs (I’m a artist) and hooks
to add holiday decorations.
On the inside, I hand wrote famous one-liners from favorites books,
added a motion sensor night light and a pocket for free bookmarks.
I love the positive impact our library has made in our community!
